Welcome to European Masonry, operated by Maloku Masonry Restoration LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to custom masonry construction, restoration, consultation, and all other services provided by European Masonry throughout Peoria, Illinois, and surrounding areas.

By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

European Masonry offers a wide range of high-quality masonry services, including:

• Custom Masonry Services

• Stone Masonry Experts

• Residential Masonry Services

• Commercial Masonry Solutions

• Masonry Repairs and Restoration

• Custom Stone Veneers

• Fireplace Masonry Services

• Chimney Repair and Rebuild

• Outdoor Kitchen Masonry

• Historic Masonry Restoration

• Stucco and Masonry Finishes

• Foundation Masonry Services

• Weatherproofing and Sealing

• Fireplace Construction

• Chimney Repair

• Tuckpointing

All services are provided by trained professionals under the legal entity Maloku Masonry Restoration LLC.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Estimates provided by European Masonry are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon further inspection. Written proposals will outline the scope of work, materials, and labor costs. Unless otherwise stated, proposals are valid for 30 days.

3. Scheduling and Completion

We strive to start and complete all projects in a timely manner. However, start and completion dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, availability of materials, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in each contract or proposal. A deposit may be required prior to beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Check

• Electronic bank transfer

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of Maloku Masonry Restoration LLC and depend on the stage of project completion and materials purchased.

6. Warranties and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Most services come with a limited warranty, which will be specified in your contract or agreement. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the scope and nature of the project.

Maloku Masonry Restoration LLC is not liable for:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or natural wear

• Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

• Pre-existing structural issues not visible at the time of estimate

7. Site Conditions and Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the worksite

• Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the area during work

• Notifying us of any known hazards or special considerations

We are not responsible for damage caused to landscaping, underground utilities, or surrounding structures unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, photos, and service descriptions, is the property of Maloku Masonry Restoration LLC. Use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tazewell County, Illinois.
